Car Wash FAQs

How tall can my vehicle be to use the car wash?

Vehicles up to 7 feet 6 inches (90 inches) tall can safely go through the car wash.

How wide can my tires be?

Tires can be up to 12 inches wide to safely use the car wash.

How low can my vehicle be?

Your vehicle’s undercarriage needs to be at least 4.5 inches above the ground to safely use the car wash.

What kind of roof racks are safe to go into the tunnel?

Most factory-installed, low-profile roof racks are safe to go through the tunnel. Our team will check to ensure your roof rack is securely fastened and free of any protruding attachments before entering the wash.

What are the pricing options for your car wash?

Our single wash pricing starts at $10 for the Standard wash, $15 for the Premium wash, and $20 for the Ultimate wash.

Are the vacuums free to use?

Vacuums are complimentary when you purchase a wash. If you’re not purchasing a wash, there is a $3 fee to use the vacuums.

Membership FAQs

How many times can I wash per month?

You can wash your vehicle as many times as you'd like each month—there are no limits.

How do I cancel my membership?

Visit www.careexpresscw.com/managemembership, select cancel membership on the drop down menu, and fill in the information.

How do I change/upgrade my membership?

Visit www.careexpresscw.com/managemembership, select change membership on the drop down menu, and fill in the information.

Just canceled my membership. Does time stop on the cancel date?

Even after cancellation, your membership will stay active and fully usable until your next scheduled billing date. You won’t be charged again, but you can continue to enjoy all the benefits until that time.

How do I update my card info?

Visit www.careexpresscw.com/managemembership, select update payment on the drop down menu, and fill in the information.

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass?

Visit www.careexpresscw.com/managemembership, select update my license plate on the drop down menu, and fill in the information.

When will I be billed my next monthly payment?

Monthly payments are billed a month from your start date.

If I add a car to my membership, will it be on the same billing cycle as my other car?

No, each vehicle will be billed starting on its individual start date..

How do I get a copy of my last invoice?

Visit www.careexpresscw.com/managemembership, select email latest receipt on the drop down menu, and fill in the information.
